How Can severe Constipation along With Vomiting Be Treated?

I just had a bout with very painful bm with constipation, but also threw up green from my stomach at the same time. Really painful, and thought I had a bowel obstruction, but I have been trying to go for an hour and did finally get relief, but now it is very thin. I did take some med. for diahrea, but I have never thrown up before when constipated. Should I have this checked on?

I do understand your pain and discomforts

As per your query please visit your medico now who will do a physical examination and if satiated he will advise you to do few tests like abdominal CT scan. It looks akin to an obstruction present and this will be attested by your investigation only.
